Coastal Premier FC is a national level program guided by top professional coaches and performance experts dedicated to delivering a premier yet accessible experience. Our comprehensive player development model includes technical and tactical mastery, competitive sports psychology, as well as speed, strength and agility training. We partner with committed players and families to provide the structure and resources necessary for talented athletes to compete at the highest levels of the game.

BETTER COACHES = BETTER PLAYERS
Coastal Premier is proud to have assembled the most accomplished coaching staff in the region, built on experience, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence rarely seen in youth soccer. Our program is lead by Director of Coaching Roy Lassiter, a USSF A License holder whose distinguished playing and coaching career sets the standard for player development within our club. Coach Roy is joined by Lamar University Women’s Soccer assistant coaches Colton Bryant, Kyle Jobe, and Justin Besley, who bring valuable collegiate-level insight and daily high-performance training experience to our players. Together, alongside our 100% USSF-licensed coaching staff, this team of dedicated professionals ensures that every Coastal Premier player receives elite-level training grounded in nationally recognized standards.
